How do I return an item?
We'll start by saying that returning an item should be the absolute last resort, because most of our products are large and costly for you to return.
On rare occasions, products may be damaged during shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged from shipping, or otherwise damaged, please take several photos and call us immediately. We will have the replacement parts quickly shipped to you at no charge. Seriously -- ScooterFolks will work with you to quickly resolve any issues or damages, should the need arise (the need rarely arises!).
Before returning a product, please contact ScooterFolks at 417-454-5039 or firstname.lastname@example.org -- because our products ship from various locations throughout the U.S., we will need to provide the correct return address.
Any returned product must be in new, unused condition and include all packaging, manuals, and any parts or other items in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the customer MUST provide a tracking number to ScooterFolks.
A restocking charge of 25% of the original purchase price (excluding any taxes) will apply.
